Adopt a Family

There are families all around us who are struggling to make ends meet. Some of their needs are obvious and some not so. Help make the holiday season bright for everyone this year by helping out someone in need. A kind word, a friendly hand, an unexpected gift, … there is no greater gift than helping someone in need for the holidays. 

Every year, our Fallbrook Neighborhood adopts a local families and helps give them the gift of hope. By purchasing gifts for these families, we help them enjoy the holiday season and give them memories that will last a lifetime. These families have provided us with their wish lists and we can help make their dreams come true. Please think about these families as you enjoy your holiday shopping. We are collecting donations until December 16th. Drop your unwrapped gifts off at the Board meeting on December 11, or at 9137 Tuxford Ct., (call Denise first at 685-9038).

Family #1

Boy, age 12 – Size 36x32 (men’s) pants, XL-XXL (men’s) shirts

Really into Skylanders & Avengers.

Boy, age 10 – Size 32x30 (men’s) pants, L (men’s) shirts

Loves Dinosaurs & Space things/games

Girl, age 6 – Size 10-12 (children’s) pants, 8-10 (children’s) shirts

Anything Princesses, also likes Monster Heights

Boy, age 3 – Size sm-med (kid’s) pants/sweats, 7-8 (kid’s) shirts

Favorites are Toy Story & Captain America

This family has had to travel recently, could use gas money and holiday food.

Family #2

Girl, age 17- Needs-jeans-size 15, slippers-9 ½ , bras-36C, underwear-lg/xlg, yoga pants-xlg. Would like earbuds, Creationary game, Lego game or any board games.

Boy, age 14 – Size 32x30 (men’s) pants, L (men’s) shirts, 

Converse tennis shoes (purple) size 10 (men’s)

Loves to play basketball (needs one), earbuds, Xbox points-gift card.

Girl, age 11 – Needs- jeans/color pants-size 0/00 (junior’s), PJ’s-small (jr’s),  knee high boots/flats shoes-size 8 ½ 

Likes Hello Kitty stuff, earrings, body spray, make-up & hair stuff.

Boy, age 9 – Size 10 pants (children’s), 12/14 shirts (children’s) shoe size 2 ½ (youth), Green Bay Packer fan (needs a football), head phones, Xbox controller, Chapter books

Boy, age 4 – Size 4/5 clothing, shoe size 9 (children’s)

Favorites are Lego’s (Duplo sets for age 2-5), soft football & other indoor balls

Imginitech spelling toys would be great in the home.

Mom and Dad made no request, but would appreciate gifts.
